Clemmons Honda and Toyota Repair

This is the best shop for caring for Hondas that I've ever known and I've been driving Hondas a very long time! This time I had a rattle in what I thought was the engine. John came out and clearly explained its cause and then gave me an economical but reliable solution as well as a more expensive and equally reliable solution. I felt so empowered! He also recommended tire rotation which I forgot to mention and knew I needed. I ended up getting work done right then and there in less than 30 minutes, having an oil change and tire rotation and was out of there for $100. It's always good too to see the folks who have been part of the GT family for years--Chuck, Corey and John. This company knows and understands customer service!

I have been a customer for over 20 years (I think). I will only purchase a Honda since that is what you guys work on. I will NEVER change where I have mycar serviced and have several other people to GT to have their cars worked on.

I've used GT since '94, the experience has always been great. It has been so good I've brought my brand new Honda to them for scheduled and warranty work-the dealers have been HORRIBLE.In fact I'm so happy with GT I've restricted our home to only Honda or Acura so I can be confident in my need maintenance.I've sent my best friends and family to GT and even my Mother!

Staff has excellent knowledge. They provide a very thorough analysis of what needs to be done to correct the problem. Work is done in a timely manner for what they say it will costs. No surprises.
