The day before I had a scheduled service, my van would not start. I called and spoke with Chuck about the particulars of my situation, and he made a recommendation of what I could try to get it started. Within 15 minutes I was on the road again, straight to GT to drop my car off. The following day, I got a call with info related to my scheduled service, suggestions about what may have caused the starting issues, and suggested steps to take to address the problem - including what was not recommended at this time. Even with the additional work, my van was still ready that afternoon. The GT staff is always willing to help me prioritize maintenance and repairs, and they are just as interested in keeping my van on the road as I am - although they know my next vehicle search will start on their lot. Time and again, the GT staff has earned my trust and appreciation.

My auto was not running as expected after a first repair was done. With that comes anixity and stress! The staff and service staff were so kind and professional and took all my worries away and repaired the auto to the perfection or to the best that can be for an older car. It is a very rare thing to have a company step up and make things right! I commend them for their professionalism and for making it right! They will be the first name on my list for referrals!

Once again very satisfied with GT Imports. I went in for service last week. Ran into a little snag with some parts but Chuck went above and beyond to take care of it. I will continue to bring both of my Hondas here because of the excellent service, reasonable prices, and high quality of work. Anyone who takes their Honda anywhere else is missing out!

This was my first time in using GT imports. I had an Accord and Acura that needed work done. Both Chuck and John were very professional and pleasant to work with. They take the time to explain in detail everything that's wrong and the work that is needed. Pricing is discussed before they proceed also. I was needing an inspection and general servicing but only had a few days left to get it into DMV. I called GT Imports and explained my problem and they worked me at 5:PM the same day I called. Chuck got me and out in about an hour. I really appreciate the job they did and for getting me before my inspection ran out. Top flight service. Thanks guys!!

Great staff and customer service is top notch. When it comes to Honda/Acura they know their stuff. Definitely recommend this place if your Honda/Acura needs repair.

Just the best treatment that your Honda can get. I have taken all my Honda's to them for many years. I'm now looking for a new vehicle and I can't buy anything but a Honda so that my service will be with GT Imports.
