The employees of GT have always been very kind and helpful for me and my family.

Thyy are courteous, prompt, and do their best to contain costs - excellent, consistent service year in and year out.

Top-notch service you can trust. This is one of the few service centers that doesn't constantly find things over and above the service/repair you schedule-often it seems just to pad the ticket. If the GT techs tell you that you need something additional you can believe that it's in your best interest, not theirs, to have the repair done. They always take the time to thoroughly explain each step of the service and then go over the repairs with you when you come to pick up the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else in this area to get your Honda serviced.

As always, great service at GT! They've been keeping "Bessie" going for about 10 years now. She's a 2003 Acura MDX with 140,000 miles. Chuck is always friendly and courteous and does a very good job explaining what needs to be done NOW vs. what can wait for later. I will keep driving her as long as they can keep her going. Great folks to work with! Trustworthy and always a great experience. The only way it could be better is if cars didn't need repair!
