I have been a GT customer for a few years now. As the owner of a very senior CRV, I am thrilled that these wonderful folks have kept my little chariot in tip top shape. I think most of us dread the experience of counting on someone else to guide us through service decisions, but I have the utmost confidence, and trust, that GT recommends everything that truly needs doing, and nothing that doesn't. I went into to GT last week for my normal oil change service. As per usual, I was treated respectfully and kindly and the service was prompt, complete and appropriately priced. As long as I live in the Winston-Salem area, I will always have a Honda because I wouldn't dream of EVER visiting a different mechanic.

It was my first visit and I was so impressed with GT Imports when I spoke with John about a required maintenance a Timing Belt Replacement was needed for my 2005 Honda Accord. Thank You John at GT Imports for scanning my car, explaining everything that needed to be done, and a loaner car for the day. The $10 discount was not applied as promised. At a previous visit my $5 coupon was not honored because it was not presented on arrival. And I have spent $2880 at Gt imports in the last 12 months! Service is always excellent!

The guys at GT Imports are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Willing to take the time to explain and justify the need for the service or repair; but will also explain why you may NOT need something. All for a reasonable price. Dealer level quality and service for neighborhood repair shop prices!
