Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They aren't the cheapest place around, maybe a little less than Flow Honda, but they really know their stuff, don't cut corners, explain everything thoroughly and stand behind their work. Perhaps you can find someone cheaper, but you won't find anyone better tha GT for Honda and acura service!

They only deal with Hondas as far as I know but they are very helpful whenever the dealership makes my wife upset or quotes ridiculous prices on her Honda. GT has never been anything but fair and helpful. I have always heard good things but was very pleased when we went there. They have a reputation of being honest which is really important in the car business. They quoted about $1000 less than the dealership to replace a transmission (we still went to dealership because warranty covered part of it). We are going to start going there more instead of the dealership once the warranty is totally out. It is right off the highway in Clemmons, you can get lost though without a GPS or good directions so call ahead as it is a bit confusing off the exit.

Excellent service, great advice, honest -- I trust these guys. I had a leaking transmission, and I went to two other shops that said it would cost at least $3000. I went to GT, and they said it would cost more because they don't advise using rebuilt transmissions. They then checked the Honda recall notices and the transmission had been recalled, but the expiration was two days earlier! They advised me to take it to the dealer, which I did, and the transmission was replaced for free. GT could have made a lot of money off my ignorance, but instead they saved me a ton of money. I love these guys! I will never take my car anywhere else.

John and his staff are amazing. They went through my vehicle from bumper to bumper and let me know everything that was wrong with it, telling me what had to be fixed to make it work, what should get fixed at some point, and what wasn't really important at that point. I ended up not wanting to invest the money in fixing the car and they even shopped my vehicle to various junkyards for me! This is by far the best service I've ever had from any shop.
