I have known these guys and been a customer since the 1980’s even before they were their own business. Good, reliable, trustworthy service is hard to find. From my first car, a 1984 Civic to my 1991 Legend L, to my 2015 RLX, to my current 2019 Si, they’ve taken care of me. We’ve grown up together! I’ve bought and sold cars with them , and they advise and evaluated my used car decisions. Though I wish for a quick “ in and out” oil change/inspection service selection, I’ve always been able to get a loaner if requested. In the rare occasion that we didn’t see eye to eye, John had always provided a listening ear and a fair solution. I see these guys as my family. The service is not cheap, but where else can u go that looks for opportunities to save u money and will tell u the truth? Sometimes it’s not what u want to hear. Once, with my 1991 Legend, at 340,000 miles, a car I loved and still miss to this day, John pulled me aside and said, “hey, I know u love this, but y don’t u take the $2,000 it wd take to fix this car and get something newer? It’s getting harder to find parts for this car and I can’t guarantee that u won’t experience another big failure after u fix this problem.” I took his advice and bought a brand new Accord Touring that I loved even more! On top of that, he took the car off my hands to offset the diagnostic costs! I cd go on and on. They are now serving my sons who were babies when I started with these guys.
